I'm trying to remember.. there was a Cyprus corp mentioned, but that may have been CCBill (sorry to mention you in the middle of iBill shit if that is the case!).

I won't say much here, but seems there has been selective issuing of funds to webmasters in the EU. Hell knows :-)

Some webmasters there are trying to establish any EU prescence for iBill.
