Here is another one that you will love.
If a cuban with a green card has been arrested for a felony, no matter what kind it is, the Dept of Homeland security is going to their home or place of business and arresting them. It does not matter when the crime was, or what the out come of the case. Even if it was dismissed. Then they take them to jail and hold them at the tax payers expense until they can see a Judge. Usually 90 or maor days. The judge issues them a deportation order, and then they have to do a mandatory 90 days while they try to deport them. But due to the current laws involving Cuba, ( THEY CAN NOT DEPORT THEM!!! ) Of course there is not credit for the time they served. So they do the second 90 days, and then they let them go with the deportation order, and on probation for INS. So they now have to go seen an INS officer every 30 days.
Sonce they know that they can not deport them, why the fuck do we have to pay to have them held in jail.??
