I'd have to vote 'none of the above' though I do agree with the pole. the reason they're responsible for those low conversions is that people learn who they are...
Surfers are not stupid. Some people here seem to think they are though, but how often would you click on a banner when you know that clicking it will get in a loop of advertising consoles? And give an honest answer please! I'm pretty sure you will not click anymore. Why do people here assume that surfers will continue clicking then? I don't get it.
Funny to see so many people bitch and moan about dropping conversions and at the same time show no respect to the surfer. Any business, Internet or 'real world' needs customers. Our customers are the surfers. And they should be treated like customers...
