It doesn't matter what a tgp or another say it is, it's just common sense that should tell you a clear view of the genitals, (female legs spread, or an erect penis) , or any clearly depicted sexual activity involving the use of the genitals is considered hardcore - except for some Discovery educational shows, or condom use pics, or sex book pics of postions, or any such clearly educational areas.
Softcore is with clothes on, or simulating sexual activity, or nude but without an explicit view of the (aroused) genitals.
Take a look around you in the city, or on TV, what's showed there is always softcore, what's hardcore is on an XXX pay TV channels or on porn videos, in sex-shops, etc. Do you see a blowjob anywhere on TV or in photos in a shop or something, with the actual penetration showed?
What you see forbidden for people under 18 is hardcore, and blowjob is - it's just common sense.
If a TGP says this is softcore, that is because he is working in the porn biz, and it's his choice, but for that reason, if a certain person accept BJ as softcore or hardcore, you shouln't ask such a general question here. It's just a dumb question.
