Bush Tucker man, aka Les Giddons, is actually a Major in the Australian army. His "job" is to identify and describe bush tucker, it's locations and how it should be prepared and eaten, so if our boys ever had to fight in our own backyard they would not be reliant on rations.

lol. i've gone camping. but i doubt that really counts. I know that the bush tucka man is a well trained fellah. it was just the particular scene, it was so obviously setup. His wrist watch just fell off as he was standing next to the mine. Bwahahahah!
