Sorry, nobody is buying Ibill's bs. They are not paying not because they don't have the money to, its because its part of their strategy of bleeding out every last cent they can before they decide its time to shutdown the operation or until Visa/Mastercard get a call from the Florida district attorney and tell them to stop processing with Ibill or else.
Anyone that is a webmaster has seen their CMI (merchant admin area) about all the promise of updates to payouts only to see the dates pushed forward and now they removed all dates. Now the latest part of the fraud is Penthouse reps posting on message board thinking that people are too stupid to understand how the stock market works and that IBD stock somehow has value to it. $10 million dollars of IBD stock probably worth less than Pets.com stock.

well if you read the press release it says that:
The consideration for the payment is twenty million IBD shares and a $1.0 million promissory note.
Their stock is at 0.51, so that would be about $10 million
So I don't understand what your point is with this.
