Maybe it is going well FOR THEM, but not for the webmasters.

I was willing to play ball and wait for my money of before october ... But now, they take the rebill money and still don't pay us.

I also was talking to IRS for my US income tax, and plainly told them I had no money to pay my taxes. The guy asked why suddenly I was in that situation ( I could really pay them, and probably will), so I told him the Ibill story.
He said that I could transfer the debt to them and they would collect and credit my account ... Not such a bad Idea ....

be careful, if your claim doesn't hold with IRS, they charge you around 8% interest on money. It could take a year after Ibill shuts down for this mess to clear up and money to be distributed. Though print out all your CMI data so you have a record of the money and file as a creditor in Florida.

Keep in mind, you can file by April 15th, and then pay later when you save up enough money though pay that debt off as quickly as possible because it never goes away even after bankruptcy.
