Ibill now has no business except for the few remaining rebills it has left. The only bills to pay are any loans outstanding which if they are any they will surely default on them anyway.
I'm surprised Ibill is still trying to use the excuse of First Data not paying them for a week as an excuse to hold webmaster payments for months. Look those funds + all the processing for all of Oct are already withheld which more than covers the First Data withheld money. So what is their excuse for holding back Nov., Dec. payments? None, they are stealing it plain and simple.
Ibill was notified way back June that First Data was going to stop processing with Ibill in Sept so it was no surprise to them. The Penthouse guys put us in this mess.

i'm sorry you're wrong.
they have more than loans to pay. you must pay your employees, the rent, the electricity, the server bills....a whole bunch of stuff that probably isn't too cheap.
also....the penthouse guys put us in this mess?
US?
who are you?
also...fraud is a very strong word to use with nothing to back it up with.
once again...who are you???? and who do you work for???
