Now this is where the theory falls down, for two main reasons. Most doctors are doctors because they want to cure people. If they had cured aids they would tell people. But more importantly. I have never met one American who can keep their mouth shut about anything. Let alone 1000's of Americans all keeping their mouths shut about the biggest medical breakthrough in history. Not gonna happen

Well you are wrong. There has not been a disease cured in over 50 years, and there have not been any major medical breakthroughs since, why is that? With all the technological advances nothing has happened except more ways to treat disease. It is a million times more profitable to treat than cure. The people in the know realize if a major disease such as cancer was cured it would literally destroy the economy. One of two things happen when someone is on the verge of a cure, either the drug companies buy the research rights and can it or they are simply labeled a quack.
