Okay got charged with Failure to heed to lights and sirens, Resisting a Public Officer, and Speeding 72 in a 55...

I spent 24 hrs in jail...Fucken new years day and the god damn banks weren't open

But come monday morning and I am filing a lawsuit against the city for violation of rights...

Got pulled over by a city cop in a unmarked green camero (totally unmarked even the license was the normal NC license plate).

I refused to pull over until I got to a public spot and asked to see the sargeant or some kinda marked police vehicle...he refused and I called 911 on my cell phone and he told me to hang up the fucken phone and get out of the car....

I refused to get out of the car until a marked police car arrived...He threatened to mace me and held it by my eyes and I finally got out of the car...

God I am gonna have a field day in court

I am free again...
