Thanks, I got your reply and send you the info.
BTW: I launched 2 support tickets about a year ago and never heard back .... so this time I am trying to support my request with a message on the board. Please, don't blame me for this as I am just trying to put a little more pressure on this problem to being resolved. I don't mean to badmouth about your service. If it gets resolved I will spread the word here that your counter is great and I got paid (It is a great counter and I love it!).
