WMV.
Three reasons
1) Much better codec. Mpeg used to be great, but it's days are over. WMV is more 'standard' than using 3ivx or other codecs
2) Much smaller size cf. Mpeg
3) DRM for member's areas
- oh, and the post about macs is completely incorrent. There's a WMV player for macs released by Microsoft itself.
