As the auction says, its value is not in the type-ins.
Look at a domain like adult.com... its not exaclty a sex.com or porn.com but it is very brandable... Its short, and easy to remember. ILLICIT.COM might not be as good as adult.com, but adult.com definately wouldnt sell for $5k
