The exact same rules of engagement apply to us as cops ...
If you have to use dealy force ... you CANNOT leave them alive ...
We are trained ONLY to aim for the vital organs ... we received NO training to shoot for a shoulder or leg to disable ... that is not what deadly force is for ...
If you shoot a suspect, and you do not kill him/her
... they have the right to sue you for pain and suffering ... and you will complete your life paying into their trust ... they usually WIN 80-90 % of all cases ...
