Here in Mexico it is full nude, lap dances are cool (around $5 usd, depending on where you're going) and touching is fine, fuck, I've been to places where the crowd cheers as nuts for the lap dances... and yeah, some places have girls that are ugly as fuck, but you can get real hotties if you know where to look for them.
the only expensive stuff is buying the girls drinks, after that, anything goes...
