On the other hand, in the U.S., states that issue concealed weapons permits usually see their crime rates decrease.
But as with the topic at hand, it doesn't take a gun to put a hurtin on someone.
It's just another example of a fucked up justice system where the victim becomes the criminal.

Many people laugh at the US gun issues because its so stupid. Isn't 2 people fighting without a gun, better then 2 people fighting with a gun?
How many shootings in Tokyo, London, Toronto each year? I bet more people die in LA from guns, then people in the 3 cities I just listed combined.
