Banning guns might be an ok thing if you could get the guns from the bad guys as well..
All banning would do is tell the bad guys that they are free to do as they please without worrying about getting shot.
On the other hand, in the U.S., states that issue concealed weapons permits usually see their crime rates decrease.
But as with the topic at hand, it doesn't take a gun to put a hurtin on someone.
It's just another example of a fucked up justice system where the victim becomes the criminal.
