there are rules here boo.
if someone breaks into your house and you come home, and you chase him down the street and cut him up with an axe. you should go to prison.
a: he was running away and not posing a life threatening situation therefore you have no right to harm him.
b: you come home and he breaks into your house and rapes your wife and kids, you have every right to cut him up with an axe. its called temporary insanity.
c: your in your house and someone breaks in and you chop him up with an axe you can claim a life threatening situation
it's all about life endangerment when you use deadly force.
it's like the cops can't shoot someone running away. they can only shoot when their life is threatened or someone elses life is threatened.
i'm not sticking up for anybody but if you read the section you quoted. thats what it seems like he was trying to point out.
except in Texas if anyone fucks with your property you can shoot them.
