As we all knew would happen. I don tthink anyone or any country has seen the true scope of what has occured over there. Seems to make sense the amount increasing as more information pours in. I bet the American people with private and public donations will exceed that amount also. Im sure we as a Country will be contributing over a billion dollars when its all said and done.
