For anyone else interested in how to do this it's quite simple.
1.Using the TGP Database tool you click on the Custom TGP Set up page.
2. Click on the load recip list, which will load all of the recip tgps in the database into the left hand side of the page.
3. Move the tgps you wish to group together to the right side of the page making sure to click on the "add group divider" button to seperate them into groups.
4. When finished click on the save custom list button.
Now when it comes time to duplicating your pages in step 2 you will find "load custom list" in the pulldown menu under the "recips per page" category...just choose load custom and browse your folder until you find the custom list you just made and you're ready to go
