CCBill was able to give me an originating IP (and it's not mine). Had to cancel my debit card (I live by that card) and now wait for a new one.

Essentially...somewhere that I've purchased something online using that combination of debit card and email address has had their database broken into.

Icing on the cake...whoever did it used the card to buy time on a couple of Adult video chat sites....

if they only knew whose card they charged it to.
OMG now that is scary. Wow... makes sense why people are getting more and more paranoid about giving their credit card and/or personal info out for online purchases, especially to adult sites. Look at what can happen... and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Luckily your situation was caught in time... but worse case scenarios, it could escalate to identity theft etc. And these things are not easy to straighten out.
