Well, being as my parents died when I was 11, I grew up with my grandmother.
I'm VERY close to her and she knows what I do.
She really finds nothing wrong with what I do, but back when I was first getting started she was worried because she thought the whole internet porn scene was illegal. She really only cares that i'm happy with what I do and I make money.

I have a very small family so they pretty much all know about it.
