I dont happen to notice 500 other reports on your forum , i notice only mine..

I assumed it would be quicker to send it to your forum than to your email that must get alot of other less important emails..

And as it turns out i was right , my email did not get a response , but my thread on your forum was responded to very quickly by staff and yourself.
