You are so far out in left field I do not know where to begin. You mean to suggest that you can learn and appreciate the world's cultures just as well by surfing the 'net as you can by going there?
You correct that traveling the world doesn't make you better but I have been to Russia, Turkey, Fiji, Australia and too many other places to mention. I have learned a LOT. I am far more knowledgeable about the world, it's customs, people and culture and I think I am the better for it - not better than anyone else, but better "informed" than I would be hadn't I left my home.
As for the rest of your post please, tell me you are not this ignorant - it's early in the morning, you've got the flu, you were just joking .. any excuse will do, but this response is so completely baseless and ignorant I have trouble imagining someone with the competence to turn on a pc and type on a keyboard could have wrote it.
