No, I am not arguing that. Europe is smaller and easier to navigate. If you want to go anywhere, you pretty much need to cross a border. Until recently, I believe, you needed a passport to go anywhere.
That said, they get used to traveling so they are more apt to travel further. But I am not arguing that US Citizens are not as intelligent, just in some cases, less cultured.

Of course americans are less cultured in general. But not all. But the point i was trying to make is that as someone said earlier, in order to be more cultured you must visit other places and spend time there, it is harder for people in america to do so, becuase its too much of a hassle.
