http://www.kcrw.com has a couple of shows daily with CD quality streams. Metropolis and Morining Becomes eclectic are the standout shows.
http://www.radiofreevirgin.com 's Liquid Lounge is a station you would love. It's definitely the best on the net for chill.
http://www.sirius.com has a great chill channel. If you are going to shoose between a satellite service definitely go Sirius because XM doesn't have anthing to compare. They have a free 3 day internet radio trial. The quality is like 64kbs unfortunately but it is listenable.
