Sheesh... I'd hate to rely on this lot if I was starving. You'd be having damned committee meetings for a year and blowing each others heads off before ya managed to agree on nothing.
France, the US.. any country is just uttering shit now. Nobody knows enough to even talk money, hence any mention of it is meaningless.
FYI France and Israel were the two countries who had practical aid on the ground first - neither waited to talk shit about money, - they just started helping and will hopefully save more lives.
