I'm curious what kind of dissatisfactory product or service you are selling, or what kind of crap market you are selling to, that would induce a 15% chargeback rate. I have a pay site at
http://www.girlsdotcom.com which has virtually no chargebacks. Maybe it's 'cause I use GloBill.
However, I also sell hard goods (How to Recruit Models and other booklets) and in six years have never had a chargeback, even though I handle all transactions myself and have my own merchant account.
