I ordered content at skanmedia last Sunday; they charged my creditcard but they didn't deliver the content yet. I have tried to contact them but they don't reply to my emails which is very annoying. I have a phone number but I get an answering machine.

Could anyone in Germany call this number (answering machine) and translate what they are saying: +49 461 8888-666
