Nevertheless, on April 4th, 2002 at about 10:00 a.m., U.S. Eastern
Time, one of our advertisers, a certain Dmitriy Galkin with ID
"freemuff" violated our terms. For the dispatch of SPAM a hacked server
was used. In this regard a criminal prosecution will take place. The
account of this person has been closed and we are planning to close all
of his advertising accounts in iBill as well.
