Funny... I'm having a similar problem and I've been trying for 2-3 weeks.
Seems my bank returned a bad check from them with a "Stop Payment".
Happened in November timeframe and I've never had a problem with them before.
-I've tried two emails to

-One voicemail left on their webmaster support voicemail number (recently changed)
-One ICQ message to 213796734
Any other suggestions.
