Happy Tuesday. Hope everyone is doing well and is in good spirits.
Does anyone get "Holiday Letdown"? I seem to get it a little bit every year, so I was wondering if there are good ways to either get over it or avoid it altogether.
Got the oatmeal, apple, juice, and coffee thing going. Note: Do not chug cran-peach on an empty stomach. Erf.
