American women: why are you so fucking fat?
Just exactly what don't you understsnd about the following equation:
If calories burned > caloric intake then body weight decreases.
This is a matter of scientific fact, not an opinion or theory that can be argued, disputed, or debated.
No number of excuses about thyroid problems, being "big boned" will get around it. And no matter how many times you watch Oprah...no matter how many diet books you buy from Dr. Phil....no matter how many times you blame your husband/boyfriend for damaging your "self-esteem" because they pointed out that your fat gut is not exactly turning them on, you will never lose weight unless you eat less (reduce caloric input) and exercise more (increase caloric output).
