I grew up in the tri-state area and grew up on scrapple. It's fucking delicious. Brown it up till it gets a nice little crust on the outside, with a plate of eggs....you can't go wrong.

I'll be honest....I can't see anyone who eats meat not loving fucking scrapple if you ever had it. If you ever drive through Jersey, stop at a diner and get some with a few eggs and thank me later.
