Main problem is lack of stamina - it's getting a lot better than it was but I still get very tired very quickly if I do anything that needs any physical effort. My right arm is a lot weaker than it was before the stroke but it could have been a lot worse. I was very lucky apparently, although it didn't feel like it at the time. It scared the shit out of me.
