Let me throw on here something I've learned too. While you can still eat the same amount of food over 5-7 meals, the TYPE of food has to change. You can't eat the junk or the high-carb, low-carb,miracle diet packets bullshit.
Make the meals satisfying but not filling, and make the right food choices. THEN you will lose weight. :love-smil
