AOL sues a lot and rarely does the media publish every single case. Once the judgment is given, it depends if the courthouse reports it to all credit bureaus. It is public record but not all courthouses are up-to-date with their websites.
Even if he/she went to the courthouse and paid for copies, he/she would have to scan the documents and someone could say 'photochopped'.
