Very true, I just made a PC with a barebone kits from TigerDirect. It runs pretty good, but I only saved $100 on a Dell special deal. And of course, no customer support since it's my creation. Nevertheless, if you technically inclined and are not a tech-tard, making your own would be cheaper, plus it's fun (at least for me it was
