When i used to get thoughts "popping up in my head " of the X i would go for a walk and take a long look at da pussy on the steet and ask myself "could I fuck her" In the first few weeks my answer was no... then a few weeks went by and a few more walks on the street ... and then I started to think Yep I could fuck her... and so on ... then i knew i was moving on ,,,
