You're in the same place as my good buddy Neil right now. Broke up with his girl about a month ago and can't get over it. I'm gonna tell you the same thing I told him, but he wont take my advice. Cut ALL contact with her for the time being. You need to flush her out of your system, no phone calls, no going out for coffee... just pretend she dropped off the face of the earth. Worked for me anyways.
