As most of you probably have seen a major earthquick struck Asia, and tsunamis struck the cost of Phuket - Thailand.
My parents are overthere on vacation in Phuket Thailand. On the local news overhere they told the local governement overhere has setup a crisis centre for people who have relatives overthere (like myself). I called that crisis centre and so far they don't have any news because they can't make any contact with hotels/resorts in Phuket.
I wonder if any of you know a resort called "Disit resort", by the cost of Phuket and if anyone knows if that resort is close to the beach or if anybody has any news concerning that area or resort.
Any help would be much appreciated.
The ministery of foreign affairs overhere told me it will probably take up to 3 days before they have any news about my parents.
