Yes and no....
Because of this hypothetical junkie's health issue, he needs shitloads of money to self-medicate. Because of the nature of his health issue, he can't hold down a job, and usually ends up stealing.
What really pisses me off is that he's always stealing my bicycle and selling it for $10 in Vondel Park.
