So in many ways i'd still prefere to easily check for fraud rather than be told i can make x% extra sales with cascading and then not be able to check if i'm shaved.

Guess in the end it does, as you said, come down to your trust to and the honesty of the program you promote..
I just prefere to have as much control along with my trust as posible *lol*
