This is quite simply a "Feel Good" article for AOL and nothing more.
CEN is owned by a "managment" company now which is an LLC. Usually these LLCs are owned by virtually invisible offshore corporations. This means the LLC is mearly a puppet corporation.
Chances are the "undisclosed" damages that CEN has to pay to AOL is peanuts because they protected themselves offshore.
