I'd say that anyone who's too poor to buy a ticket to vegas is going to be pretty damn bored if they manage to make it there... it's not a cheap city to bum around in (at least not on the strip), and there's show costs if you can't beg/borrow a floor pass into the event.

I'm sure there's a couple juniors just getting started who'd love to try it though, just for the experience.
