I just had some leftovers frome earlier tonight, stuffed shells and 2 thick slices of fresh baked sun dried tomato bread with alot of butter.
earlier we cooked about 40 lbs of shrimp fried and steamed, clam fritters, crawfish etouffee, fresh salad with just about anything you wanted on it down to hearts of palm, fried red snapper & grouper, oysters rockefeller, , and the itallian stuffed shells,
pretty un traditional huh?
