rule#1 in suing someone - only sue people with money. I'm not saying choker is poor, but he's not flithy rich either. A lawsuit that won't net me 7 figures isn't worth my time unless it's to stop someone from continuing to slander me. I'm not putting his kids on the steet with a lawsuit cause he loves them and does what he can to protect them even if it's over the line unless he continues with this crap.
There IS a limit to what I can take - and he's close to it.
