Several thousand percent over the minimum -
Spoke to Paul and was assured everything was ok ccbilll's end and then contacted the bank - Problem found and then sorted.
Having been with ccbill since a few weeks after they started, this is the first wayward payment from them - And - As I suspected, it wasn't their fault. My original post is most certainly not bashing ccbill in any way.
