He's a kid who needs his head straightened - he is not alone - there are loads like him, even in the adult webmaster scenario.
He may or may not be a serious problem, but that stuff can end up dangerous.
Hard to say what to do - but one full explanation to quit (if you want to be "nice"), - if he is still there with a third email or whatever - it's a law enforcement problem sadly.
