I admit I do not live in a very rich country ...yet this does not transform me into a subhuman being ....remember that I do not choosed the country where I was borned . Yet there are 4 million internet users in my country wich I think is a good audience to develop a business if you want and the number of internet users grow fast and constantly ..probably in 2-3 years there will be 20 millions .
So it is a market wich can absorb some goods and services .
